Alright, so up until the last few weeks I've been fairly confident about the stability of my job (barring I do something stupid). Civil and infrastructure have always been steady and a good source of work. Lately, however, I'm beginning to feel the pressure from higher up. This time of year has historically been slow and we have always managed to push through unscathed. But with current conditions as they are, our company has been tightening the strings and watching everyone closely, looking for any sign of non biliability. Kind of scary. Hopefully I won't have to be changing my email address for all my community pages....

I've been poking around CG Society for years now and finally decided it was time to become an active participant. This has been where I can find inspiration and am often totoally amazed at the high level of quality that a large portion of the members post. I hope to acheive that someday. For now, I'm looking forward to receiving any comments/crits on my current and past work.
